The location of Fondachelli was perfect, just outside the ZTL area and a short walk to the beach. The dedicated parking space made it convenient for us to come and go. The apartment was clean and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. Francisco, the host's brother, was considerate and even allowed us to park our car for a few extra hours after check-out. The proximity to the city center and the beach made it an ideal choice for us. Despite a few minor drawbacks, we were overall very satisfied with our stay at Fondachelli and would definitely consider staying there again.
Though the apartment had many positives, there were a few drawbacks. The shower door could use some renovation, and the walls were a bit thin, making it easy to hear noise from the neighbors.

I couldn't fault this apartment! The location was perfect, just outside the restricted traffic zone and a short walk from the beach and downtown. The private parking space was a huge convenience, allowing us to easily park our car. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and had all the necessary facilities. The balcony, surrounded by lemon trees, was a lovely bonus. The owner and his brother were extremely kind and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.
